Cyanide detection device reagent kit in food 【Method Principle】 Cyanide reacts with
acid to produce volatile hydrogen cyanide, which reacts with picric acid on
the test paper to produce color. The minimum detectable concentration is
0.05mg/L. Calculated based on a sampling volume of 5g, the detection limit is
0.2mg/kg=0.2ppm. 【Device Configuration】
One
triangular bottle and one stopper each, one bottle of sodium carbonate
solution, one pair of tweezers, and 20 portions of test paper and tartaric
acid each. 【Sample processing】 1) Liquid sample: Take 20ml directly into
a triangular flask. 2) Solid or semi-solid samples: Take 5g of crushed solid
or semi-solid samples and place them in a triangular flask. Add 20ml of
distilled or purified water and soak for 5 minutes. 【Detection Steps】 1) Take a test strip, insert it into
the plug hole, and expose about 0.5cm of the test strip at the bottom. Add 2
drops of sodium carbonate solution to the test strip to make it completely
wet. 2) Add 1 tube of tartaric acid to the
triangular bottle, immediately insert the stopper into the bottle mouth,
tighten it, and start timing. 3) Place the triangular bottle in a 40
℃ -50
℃ water bath for 30 minutes, and observe the color
change of the test paper exposed at the bottom of the plug hole at any time.
If there is a high content of cyanide, the test paper will quickly turn
orange red. If the test paper does not change color after 30 minutes, it
indicates that the cyanide reaction is negative. 4) The electronic color card is
labeled based on the cyanide content mg/L in 20ml of the sample. If the
sample size is 5g, the labeled value is multiplied by 4 to obtain the
approximate cyanide content mg/kg in the sample. Produced by
